RaheemAI is a Crusade Collection LLC company based in New Jersey, USA ("RaheemAI," "we," "us"). We set up and run AI receptionist and automation services for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information through raheemai.com, our forms, lead forms on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, our emails, calls and text messages, and the services we provide to clients.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone and mobile numbers, industry, website, the tools you use, the best time to reach you, and anything you write in a form or message.
- Lead form information: if you fill out a lead form on Facebook, Instagram or another platform, that platform shares what you submitted with us.
- Communications: records of emails, calls and text messages between you and us.
- Technical information: basic data like IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider collects in server logs.
- Client service data: when we run an AI receptionist for a client, it may handle calls, call recordings, transcripts, text messages, chat messages and appointment details from that client's customers. See "Data we process for our clients" below.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, including your free missed-lead check, contact message or free trial.
- To set up, run, support and improve the services you sign up for.
- To contact you by email, phone or text about your request and our services. You can opt out at any time.

Website forms and FormSubmit
Forms on raheemai.com are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service that acts as our processor. It sends your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit handles your submission under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not ask for payment card details in our forms.
Data we process for our clients
When a business uses RaheemAI, its assistant may answer calls and messages from that business's customers. The assistant may record and transcribe calls, store messages and collect details needed to book appointments or take orders. We handle that information on behalf of our client and follow their instructions. The client is responsible for its own privacy notices and for getting any consent required by law, including consent to record calls and to send text messages. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business. You can also contact us and we will pass your request along.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your request or our services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS policy.
Cookies and analytics
Right now raheemai.com does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We may add tools like Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel later to measure our website and ads. If we do, we will update this policy and our cookie policy first.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, form, phone, text messaging, scheduling and AI providers, and only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period after, or as long as required by law. Client service data such as recordings and transcripts is kept according to our agreement with the client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, like access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights, including California (CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it;
- get a copy of your information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising);
