When you're mid-color, mid-facial or mid-treatment, you can't stop to answer the phone, and a new client who reaches voicemail often books somewhere else. RaheemAI sets up Ava, an AI receptionist for salons, spas and med spas that answers, books appointment requests and handles the questions you get every day.
Ava says she's an AI Β· No medical advice Β· 14-day free trial
Thanks for calling Studio Lumen. This is Ava, the salon's AI assistant. How can I help?
Do you have anything Saturday for a cut and blowout?
Let me check. I can request Saturday at 11 AM or 2 PM with one of our stylists. Do you have a preference?
11 works
Great. Can I get your name and the best number to confirm?
Example call. Names are made up.
The calls you can't get to still matter.
- The phone rings while every chair is full
- New clients call once, get voicemail and try the next salon
- Front desk time goes to the same questions about prices, parking and availability
- Cancellations come in after hours and the open slot doesn't get filled
What Ava does for your salon or spa
Books appointment requests
Books into your booking tool where it connects, or captures the service, preferred times and stylist and emails them to you to confirm.
Answers the everyday questions
Hours, location, parking, services offered, which stylist does what, and your posted prices if you choose to share them.
Takes cancellations and reschedules
Gets the client's name and new preferred time so you can refill the slot.
Keeps med spa calls simple
For treatment questions Ava shares only what you approve, takes consult requests and never gives medical advice.
Emails you a summary
A summary of each conversation with the caller's name, number and what they want.
Says she's an AI
Ava introduces herself as your AI assistant and never pretends to be a stylist or provider.
For med spas: privacy in plain terms
Ava collects only basic contact and scheduling details, like name, phone, email and the reason for the visit in a few words. She doesn't ask for insurance member IDs, dates of birth, Social Security numbers or medical history, and she doesn't give medical advice. If your practice needs Ava to handle protected health information, that setup requires a signed business associate agreement (BAA) and is set up on request. We don't claim the standard service is HIPAA compliant, so talk to us before you turn it on for anything sensitive.
Three steps. We do the setup.
Free missed-lead check
We call or message your business like a customer would, after hours or at a busy time, and show you exactly what they experience.
We set it up for you
We learn your services, hours and booking rules, and set up your assistant. You keep your phone number and the tools you already use.
Try it free for 14 days
See how it handles real calls and messages. No credit card. If it isn't helping, you walk away. After that, it's $249/month, month to month. See pricing.
Questions salons and med spas ask
Can Ava book into our booking app?
It depends on the app. We connect to the booking tools we can, and when we can't, Ava captures the service, stylist and preferred times and emails them to you to confirm.
Will Ava quote prices?
Only the prices you give us and approve, like a published service menu. If you'd rather not share prices by phone, she'll offer to have someone follow up.
Can Ava answer questions about injectables or laser treatments?
She can share only the general information you approve and book a consultation. She doesn't give medical advice or say whether a treatment is right for someone.
Does Ava work for a one-chair salon?
Yes. Solo stylists are often the ones who can least afford to stop and answer. Forward the calls you can't take and Ava handles them.
Will clients know it's an AI?
Yes. Ava says she's an AI assistant at the start of every call.
Hear Ava for yourself.
Talk to Ava, our live demo AI receptionist, right from your browser. The demo is set up for a sample real estate office, so you can hear how she sounds, how she asks questions and how she tells callers she's an AI. Then we'll set her up for your salon or spa. Demo calls are recorded.
