AI receptionist for doctors' offices & chiropractors

In a busy practice the phone competes with the people standing at the desk. RaheemAI sets up Ava, an AI receptionist for physician practices and chiropractic offices that answers overflow and after-hours calls, takes appointment requests and sends your staff a clean summary of each one.

Thanks for calling Riverside Chiropractic. This is Ava, the office's AI assistant. How can I help?

I hurt my back moving furniture. Can I get in this week?

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you a new patient with us?

Yes

I can request a new-patient visit. I have Thursday morning or Friday afternoon open. Which works?

Example call. Names are made up.

Sound familiar?

The calls you can't get to still matter.

  • The lines light up at 8 AM and over lunch, right when staff are busiest
  • After-hours callers hit voicemail and book somewhere else
  • Staff spend part of every day returning calls about hours, directions and reschedules
  • New-patient inquiries get mixed in with everything else and fall through
What Ava does

What Ava does for your practice

Takes appointment requests

Books new and returning patients into open times where your scheduling tool connects, or captures preferred times for staff to confirm.

Takes clear messages

Refill questions, billing questions and records requests become a short message with the caller's name and number. Ava never reads back records or results.

Answers routine questions

Hours, address, parking, which plans you accept and what to bring to a first visit, using the answers you approve.

Knows when to step aside

Anyone describing a medical emergency is told to hang up and dial 911. Urgent calls during hours can be transferred to your team.

Emails a summary of each call she answers

Your staff sees who called, why and what they need, without listening to voicemail.

Always says she's an AI

Ava introduces herself as the office's AI assistant and never claims to be a nurse, doctor or staff member.

Good to know

Patient privacy, in plain terms

Ava collects only basic contact and scheduling details, like name, phone, email and the reason for the visit in a few words. She doesn't ask for insurance member IDs, dates of birth, Social Security numbers or medical history, and she doesn't give medical advice. If your practice needs Ava to handle protected health information, that setup requires a signed business associate agreement (BAA) and is set up on request. We don't claim the standard service is HIPAA compliant, so talk to us before you turn it on for anything sensitive.

FAQ

Questions medical and chiropractic offices ask

Does Ava give medical advice?

No. She doesn't diagnose, triage symptoms or suggest treatment or medication. She takes a message or books a visit, and tells anyone describing an emergency to hang up and dial 911.

Is RaheemAI HIPAA compliant?

We don't claim that. The standard setup collects only basic contact and scheduling information. If your practice needs Ava to handle protected health information, that requires a signed business associate agreement and a setup we do on request.

Can patients reschedule with Ava?

Yes. Ava takes the patient's name and preferred new time and either rebooks it where your scheduling tool connects or emails your staff to confirm.

We're a chiropractic office with lots of repeat visits. Does that work?

Yes. Repeat-visit scheduling and reschedules are a good fit. We set Ava up around how you book, like adjustment visits, new-patient exams and any intake forms you send before a first visit.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. You keep your number. Most offices forward calls to Ava only when the line is busy, unanswered or after hours.

Hear Ava for yourself.

Talk to Ava, our live demo AI receptionist, right from your browser. The demo is set up for a sample real estate office, so you can hear how she sounds, how she asks questions and how she tells callers she's an AI. Then we'll set her up for your practice. Demo calls are recorded.
