Where Ava helps Pennsylvania businesses
- Lehigh Valley and Harrisburg suppliers. Warehousing, trucking and equipment-repair shops along I-78 and I-81 can let Ava log quote requests and urgent breakdowns for dispatch.
- Rowhome and older-house repairs. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh plumbers, roofers and electricians can have Ava capture the address and problem while they're working.
- Lancaster and tourism. Inns, restaurants and attractions can send busy-weekend calls to Ava for reservation requests.

Recording calls in Pennsylvania
All-party consent. Pennsylvania is an all-party consent state. 18 Pa.C.S. § 5703 makes intercepting a communication a felony, and § 5704(4) provides an exception when all parties have given prior consent. If you record calls with Pennsylvania customers, tell callers at the start.
Pennsylvania businesses often get calls from New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia. Of those, Maryland and Delaware require all-party consent or have unsettled rules, which is one more reason to give a notice at the start.
Ava always says she's an AI. If your setup records calls, the script we draft adds a short recording notice to her greeting, and you approve the wording. Interstate calls can be tricky; see the state-by-state overview.
Time zones and after-hours coverage
Pennsylvania runs on Eastern Time. We set Ava's business-hours and after-hours scripts to your local Pennsylvania time, so early-morning and late-night callers still reach someone.
